Hailing from the remote Okinawan islands of Japan and now based in London, Kinami is an ambitious singer-songwriter crossing oceans in pursuit of her dreams, to be seen, to be loved. CHiLi GiRL is the alter-ego and solo project of traditional performing arts musician Shinobu Kawashima.
